Announcement from Isla de Oro Condo Board regarding official website
Due to an apparent misunderstanding on the part of an owner at Isla de Oro who has disseminated false and possibly misleading information about the work of the Isla de Oro condo board and home owners association board, the board, which is legally elected by a majority of owners and is the only official organ representing all owners, has seen it necessary to clarify the official status of one of its main channels of inter-community communication.
It is to this end that a meeting of board members on April 18, 2007, felt is necessary to make it clear to all owners and beach club members that this website, www.isladeoro.com.ve, is the main website of Isla de Oro and the official website for updates and communication between the board and Isla de Oro's owners and members.
The site is owned by Isla de Oro, as certified by the government operated domain name registry of Venezuela. Any information stating that this is not Isla de Oro's authorized and official website is false and should be disregarded.

What follows is the public announcement by the board, in Spanish. This official notice has been published in visible locations both in the Isla de Oro administration office in Caracas as well as on the bulletin board at the resort in Rio Chico.
For any further clarification regarding this matter or regarding any other concern, we recommend that all owners contact the main Isla de Oro Administrative OFFICE and/or the duly elected BOARD OF DIRECTORS to check and verify any information of a possibly dubious nature.
