Please note that although Isla de Oro has online banking, the interface for a deposit does not reflect the name of the owner or the apartment number (only the date of the deposit, the amount, and the number of the voucher / deposit slip is shown). It is therefore necessary to contact Isla de Oro when a payment has been made so this payment can be credited to your apartment's account balance. When informing us of a payment, please provide the following details:

• Your name and apartment number,
• amount deposited,
• date of deposit,
• deposit slip or voucher number.
