Recommendations for visitors to Isla de Oro

Dear Guests: The Board of Directors of Isla de Oro warmly welcomes you to our facilities and thanks you for making us your preferred destination for enjoying your vacations. We would like to take this opportunity to list a few common sense reminders...

• The pool furniture is for seating only. To avoid breaking it, we don’t stand on it.
  

• Trash is placed in trash cans. This way, we keep the gardens and the swimming pools nice and clean.
  

• The gym is only for adult use. Children should not use the exercise equipment, to prevent damage to themselves or the equipment.
  

• The resort has sufficient bathrooms for all visitors. We do not use the showers, the Jacuzzi or any of the swimming pools for such needs.
  

• Smaller children in the swimming pool areas and/or on the beach should be under adult supervision, to prevent any accident that may upset your vacations.
  

• Abstain from using the elevators while wearing wet clothing.
