Apartment locations
Isla de Oro has 3 residential towers with 12 floors of apartments each. Use this guide to locate your apartment.

All apartment numbers list the floor first (from 1 to 12), the tower second (1, 2 or 3), and then the apartment (the door in the hallway, from 1 to 8).
Examples -
- 221: Floor 2, Tower 2, Apartment 1.
- 326: Floor 3, Tower 2, Apartment 6.
- 336: Floor 3, Tower 3, Apartment 6.
- 517: Floor 5, Tower 1, Apartment 7.
- 534: Floor 5, Tower 3, Apartment 4.
For the tenth floor and upwards, apartment numbers have four digits. The first two are the floor. Thus, 1021 is Floor 10, Tower 2, Apartment 1. And 1132 is Floor 11, Tower 3, Apartment 2.
Isla de Oro has the following floors:
- PB (Ground floor): Lobby.
- PC (Mezzanine): Utility rooms, storefronts.
- 1 - 12: Residential floors.
Each floor, with the exception of penthouse floors, has 24 apartments distributed in 3 towers. There are 8 apartments per floor per tower.

The location of the apartment is guided by the last digit in the apartment number. This also indicates its type (size), and they are distributed as follows:
- Ending in 1, 2, 3, 4:
Type 2. Two windows (approx 7 meters of frontage) - Ending in 5 or 8:
Type 1. One window (approx 3.5 meters of frontage) - Ending in 6 or 7:
Type 3. Three windows (approx 10.5 meters of frontage)
End units on each tower are made up of two type 1's and two type 3's. Their unit numbers terminate in 5, 6, 7 and 8. Facing one side of the tower are units 5 and 6, while at a 90 degree angle are units 7 and 8.
